              Dukes and Kewpie are both good. They are totally different mayos for different applications though.

                Having lived in Europe... if a fry is over-done, and the rest of the food is well seasoned, mayo on fries can be pretty good. Ketchup is just too sweet sometimes.

                But vinegar and salt is better if available.

                    I've never been a super mayo fan, but it's recently found its way into my fridge as a cooking utility.

                    On that note, have you tried making a grilled cheese sandwich , but rather than buttering the bread before frying it.. you mayo it. Its better than it sounds. I promise.
