if not allowed take down. wrong man charge with crime. court system found out he should not been charge with crime and should free man, but Attorney General will not release him or let him released while wait on appealed. that is messed up. i hope they sue because of this.

They know the DA is going to appeal so they want to avoid letting him go only to bring him back again. You guys should read the attached articles.
Why would the DA appeal? Because the concept of wrongful conviction fundamentally annoys all cops. They’re in the business of locking people up, not letting them go.Comment
