Like this. Menial labor that could easily be replaced by a machine, just because they want the "hand dipped" signature. That job has got to absolutely suck and cause a ton of body pain/injuries.

Its much cheaper to pay peoples than keep a robot doing it ... -
It would take all of a week to design a machine to turn the bottles upside down, convey them over a vat of wax, then set them down upright. Probably do 400 a minute for $80k up front.
Interesting business choice for sure, but if no one else is hiring, a job dipping bottles is better than no job.
