    "Walk the plank!" or "Crazy thing I saw at work."

    I was on a service call to an apartment yesterday and found this. The electrical panel (edison base fuses) is here and this odd place is only accessible through a small closet. Slip through the floor and it's a 10' drop to the concrete basement floor in the bottom apartment. Fortunately the plank had a couple of nails in it. The other scraps did not.

    Well they did string that blue safety line along the plank just in case you fall. OSHA approves.
