I'm looking for your average paintball size aside from your typical .68. I do mean to infer whether the industry is running like .672 or even .691 I know there's a huge margin in there but I'm looking to get some specs on average sizes to help eek out some efficiency or at least minimize loss.
Paint size .68x?

Depends on the brand and batch, but the trend has been closer to 680 than 690
I have gotten rollouts of 675 barrels in recent memory. -
Prepare to be disappointed. You may want to buy a set of calipers or micrometers and measure the paint you buy as you go. Be sure to check it on each axis (seam and polar) every 45-90 degrees (2 to 4 measurements) around each circumference.

Paint doesn't fall into consistent size. And a ball will be .664 along one axis, then .687 along the other. Varies batch to batch, brand to brand, day to day.Comment
