They're not selling anything he displayed too. Those are museum collections for public display. Or he made it seem at the end of the video.

to me how they where handling the stuff does not look safe. and way he acted showing the stuff off. why would want promote this stuff if not safe to own. now you give people ideas on where to get hold of this stuff. to me should had them in showcases locked up for it. show how unsafe he want to be with his lady or friend

That’s part of why I think the vials and canisters are replicas, but the brass cylinder and wooden box might be a real artifact. It would be foolish to own the canisters without proper storage or containment should one rupture/leak due to age. The belt buckle gun is somewhat unknown if it’s an original piece or post war build based off an old patent (it’s been said the emblems are from uniform hats). Ian from Forgotten Weapons did an episode on one. The liberator is most likely real, Ian did an episode on those as well.

Those nazi buckle guns are notorious for fakes. Like he said, super rare, but it is estimated that 90-95% of "real" guns on the market are fakes.

That said "Dragon Man" is very well known in the firearms community. He has a Class-3 dealer license, so there is not much he can not own.
He gained some infamy 10 years ago when Discovery Channel was doing a reality show based on him. During filming, there was an accident that killed his wife

To be fair - that video is clearly edited to be a hit piece. I'm willing to bet they filmed hours of footage and then cut it down to "Look at these terrible guns and this terrible man."

"Profit(ing) off of mass shootings" is a little more complicated. As we saw with the bumpstock after Vegas (and many times with the AR-15), there tends to be a surge in buying when people think there's a remote possibility of a particular item/model/pattern getting banned. Dragonman certainly enjoys an increase in sales but so does everyone else.

Having said all that... he's kind of a joke in the CO gun community. At least he is amongst the competitive shooters; we leave that place for the tacticool Timmies and mall-ninja types.
