Does anyone have one of these? I can't get mine to pierce an 8 gram CO2 cartridge and the customer service phone number for Umarex is a dead number.

Not to be dismissive or a smart ass, but is the 8-gram inserted correctly? T4E products operate with the nozzle facing out. The pierce pin is in the CO2 knob. If it is then you might have a bent piercer.

Yep, I've put them in before, like a normal OG SplatMaster. Smack the bottom a few times and nothing. Then remember to turn the darn CO2 upside down for these. I luckily didn't bend any pierce pins.lol

I had it in correctly, I just wasn't hitting it hard enough. It's weird that there's almost a delay between you piercing it and it sealing. It took a lot of pretty hard hits, maybe because it's brand new.

My HDS always needed some convincing. Usually would melee attack a wooden bunker if it didn't wanna pierce a 12 gram nicely
