its frustrating when they say delivered and its not there. i, like most people id assume, have a few cameras at the house. i could see that no delivery was made, yet it said "delivered". Then they (forgot the delivery service) sent a picture of the package at the front door as proof of delivery. The problem is that the picture was not our house. They then said it was and that GPS tracking confirmed. It was a fight but eventually they said theyd send the deliver guy back to the house to inquire with the residents. Wouldnt ya know, no one came to the house even though they said they did. wouldnt that indicate they went to (and delivered to) the wrong address...
it was such a waste of time.
I was outside working on something when a package was being delivered to the neighbors house. i wanted to speak to the guy (nothing mean, just get their view) and went over to talk. He asked if he could just deliver the package real quick and we could talk. i said our house # in a sortta California Question and he confirmed. i then pointed across the yard to our house with the # on the front door. The look he had was priceless but then quickly snapped out of it.
he explained that hes never noticed the # was there and that GPS was saying our neighbors house was ours; that we should put the # on the mailbox.
i dont know if he did anything on his end or not but i put the # on the mailbox and everything has been good since. (with that company at least) .

point is, nothing was going to change unless i spoke with the driver.
if you have an issue, it would probably be beneficial to get the drivers perspective (if you can).
