same. i've whitelisted, changed emails to other providers etc. Junk, always to junk

I'm GUESSING that the email mechanism MCB is using is just ISP blacklisted or something.

I need to look into that again. standard smtp type emails (what we do) get easily blacklisted automatically as that's how spammers simply operate. There is a way to get that cleared up by jumping through some hoops. Need to double check on how to get that done.

For the mean time... You can pull up the email. Create a filter for it (choose the sending from email address) and choose never send to spam. You can also apply that filter to any prior email sent. That will fix it for now and in the future until I can get it fixed via fighting with google.

                Edit: Found an example here:

Speaking anecdotally, filters / whitelisting contact in Outlook didn't work for me for either hotmail or gmail (I've tried both for my MCB account). I did tinker with this a fair amount but not in a systematic way where I can state exact details unfortunately.

My personal favorite is when the guy getting paid wayyy more than me suggest, “ Let’s turn it off and turn it back on again, that’s what worked last time.”

I THINK i might have gotten it to work. i had to make a filter and there was an option "Never send to Spam".

                        still testing it though

Hi guys. Yes, this is a known issue. I need to be able to update some DNS records for the domain in order to resolve this. I need the credentials from Carter to make a few changes. Specifically (if anyone cares or knows much about it...) I have to update the Sender Policy Framework records, DKIM, and DMARC. These are the records that mail servers use to try and distinguish between legitimate email and junk. Without these records properly setup, Gmail tags these messages as spam or, worse, refuses to accept the mail at all. I know... It's been this way for far too long...
