The face seal on my lever changer got a nick and won’t seal, anybody know where I can find replacements? Google doesn’t seem to help.

I’ve used Sheridan seals in my Line SI quick changer. The seal was too big around so I just trimmed the edge and it worked fine. I thought the ICD changers were copies of the old Line SI ones, but I could be wrong.Comment

ive had an issue with the newer icd units where the seal was too thick to pierce the cart, straight out of the packaging. shimming the cup, i was able to pop them, but only after working the lever back and forth a few times. and then, it would leak.
i tried many things but the only one that worked was VERY CAREFULLY shaving off ~1/3 of the seal. after doing this you will also have to shim the piercer spring to make up for the lost seal material. i use 1/4" washers
might work for youLast edited by $L!mBo; 10-21-2025, 09:33 PM.Comment
