When I bought my geo 3.5 (my first proper marker) the player who sold it, demonstrated it being soft on paint by sticking a finger in the breach and firing. I did the same thing when I got my brother a Mini. Got away with a blue nail, but I do have quite a bit more respect of pneumatics by now and realize on a different system the finger could have been gone.
