Okay, I know there are some folks in this sport who will buy just about anything, but this is one of the silliest things I've ever seen...

NEW HK Army Exo Headband Case - Black | eBay

I do exercise caution and try to protect things like my marker's finish, barrels, tanks, lenses, etc., but who is afraid of breaking/damaging a cloth headband? If people really buy those cases, maybe soon we'll see a protective storage solution for keeping each paintball isolated from the next so none of them bang against each other (think: egg carton).

yeah, but at least those prevent someone from being hurt in the event of an accidental discharge, so they have some value-add. i wouldn't own one, but i don't find them as laughable as a headband case which i find about as useful as a protective underwear case.

just... use the damn marker? No point in getting a fancy anno if you're just going to cover it with a condom, and it won't even help with resale value. I always chuckle a little when I see how far $1200+ markers depreciate after only a couple years

If you are this worried about your headbands, maybe you shouldn't be bringing them to the field. How do you expect to wash them?

Not intending to cast stones here, but I'll go a step further and suggest that if you're buying protective cases for your paintball headbands then maybe it's time to ask for help reworking your life's priorities?
