    So this just happened to me.

    Trying to do and hold 4 things with only two hands. Fell out of my hands and of course it had to hit the edge. At first I thought it was a pin or screw that I heard. Then I saw the piece. Freaking frak.

        I've noticed that the resin in these is aging poorly... Had one of my crack worse tightening it on a improperly set sear pin

          Drill and pin it. Modellers do it all the time. Should hold quite well since there's no load.

            I bet if you take it to a local carpentry shop they'll set you straight for very little. That's what I would do.
