The Sherlock Holmes story Hound of the Baskervilles has a bit where one of the side characters is threatening to sue an amateur paleontologist for opening a neolithic-age grave, without the express consent of the relatives.
Then again, they found through DNA matching that the 10,000-year-old "Cheddar Man" (location, not the cheese) had a living relative, so maybe not so absurd anymore?
"Excuse me, but we found the grave of your great-great-great-great-great-great-great-great-great-great-great-great-great-great-great-great-great-great-great-great-great-great-great-great-great-great-great-great-great-great-great-great-great-great-great-great-great-great-great-great-great-great-grandfather, may we dig it up?"
