Grew a massive for me pumpkin this year. Tipping the scales at 104lbs.

While it ended at 8 pm for the kids, the adults stayed around and a couple of neighbors rode up on four wheelers to hang out until 11 pm. Couple nights in a row of later social nights for us.

Was a rare rainy Halloween here in coastal North County San Diego, but we still had a lot of kids come by. We gave the kids trick or treating a choice - grab some candy, or have a cup of noodles. This was a big hit last year, and again this year - so many kids excitedly went for the cup of noodles.
2 of the 3 pumpkins here did not survive the night . . . got purloined by suburban hooligans and smashed in the next cul-de-sac down. Oh well, they were bound for the green bin anyway!You do not have permission to view this gallery.

Every year the Franklin County Historical Society (PA) turns its headquarters, the 1818-1970 county jail building, into a haunted house. Or rather, a ton of awesome volunteers come and do it for us.
