Ive been gone for awhile. The last time I logged in I was able to use my username and password. I had to rejoin the forum today and got in and everything has changed! Is there a thread that addresses all of this?

In keeping with the whole 2020 dumpster fire theme, the site was hacked and held for ransom. Carter told the hackers to go pound salt and decided to start fresh on a more current platform. -

Yeah. The good news is that some things could be recovered. Carter recently relaunched Vintagerex and the bluebook is coming next. Many of us have also gone back and recreated old threads using the Wayback Machine site or started them up again from scratch. Sadly though, that's only a small percentage of all the content we lost with the hack. There's just no getting back posts from members we've lost and the wealth of information that got snapped out of existence. I think started this forum at least 10 or 12 years ago. I loved just looking at the pictures of the markers, to me they are art. I started posting more on here and over at Underground Mod Squad. I had some dumb ideas about a paintball revolver, purchased and sold markers here and had some great conversations. Even though I never really got connected with y'all, It was nice to be able to come back and just visit, it brought back allot of sentimental memories. I know this is really late in the game and many of y'all had more invested and lost more. Im just really sorry this happened. I wish I was more poetic with my words. Im sure y'all already talked through all of this, i'm just adding it to the pile I guess.Comment
