Yeah it’s crazy how well it matches to. Must have come from the same batch. I bought this NOS out of a NC shop like 5 years ago. Found a matching blue black for my other VSC in the same place. It’s a lil more glossy than the factory CCI I have tho. But the red and black is spot on perfect. They will be my boys markers when they are ready to play. CCI always had the best Acid wash.

Honestly, this didn't turn out exactly like I was hoping. It was supposed to be a 3 color acid wash but I'm also not disappointed either. I still enjoy it.

Probably not the best, but it's the only anodizing I've shelled out for out of my own picket.

Blizzard offered freelance anodizing jobs long ago, for portfolio building. 350 for an ano job that would otherwise cost a lot more. He intended this to look like "hot case" so I assume he was going for a flamed ti look. It came out looking like a combination of a Van Gogh, grandma's couch. And earth from space. In all cases. It's unique, and I love it.

I can't recall his piece count limit, but I added an accent kit to just about max it out. My hope was to get an additional dust black rsx, and run the mech frame with matched accents, and short freak tip on it. Then the full anodizing set on this current rsx.

I never yet snagged that dusty one, but one day one will co.e up when I have the funds.

the slate acid wash Phantoms (the king of acid washes IMO) are what inspired this ano job. it just needed the lime green to break it up a bit.
