Alright MCB. I did intend on putting this up as a fun elimenation style giveaway, but the walzmas season was crazy busy for me. I am also a hoarder, so I repeatedly picked this shooter up, then decided not to give it away.
Well long story short, winning JeepDVLZ45 s single shot giveaway in the fashion I did really really pulled me out of the gutter for the day, and I remembered just how much winning something for Walzmas can change someone's day.
Not to get too into the details, but I got news my mother passed away, and I recieved the news literally minutes after checking into my resort in Mexico for 4 days. I honestly weighed my options to turn right back around and go home to help my family deal with the grieving, and funeral processes, but my family told my to stay and try to enjoy myself. Well I spent the better part of 4 days on and off being miserably sad, but also on top of the world for being in paradise with my wife. I had limited 3g data service, and I kept trying to look at mcb in idle times to keep my mind off of the sads. I spent a lot of time trying to load videos of Jeeps elimenation process with no luck. So in watching his elimenation posts, I assumed I was out of the running. I checked back later that day to see the thumbnail of his semi finals and a blurry name that looked awfully close to brickhaus. It was a flicker of light in what was a rollercoaster of a week. then to see NONOBLITUS say it was mine if he won regardless really made me feel about as good as I could in that moment.
There it was, Walzmas in its purest form trying to improve my mood at a time I needed it the most.
So sorry for the tear jerker, but you guys have literally done more for me than you think.
So, what is this monstrosity? This is a well used Mac-1 anniuahilator I got from MrBig years ago. It was even uglier then. He included the steel RVA that he made for it. It has a nastily soldered on pipe adapter for the side tap, multipule dents and dings in the barrel from a pliers being used on the co2 knob, and a few dings in the end of the barrel. That being said, it manages to shoot tits. I have since made this custom adapter plate out of aluminum, I started on a manual mill making it, but I simply had some numbers on piece of paper to work with. I had to dremel it to fit once I got home, but you cant tell while its all put together. Its got a pre 98 cocker frame, nice trigger shoe, and CP asa all on it. I realize there is probably more value sub adapter plant than above.
Why give this away if it shoots so tits? Well, I bought this form Mr Big the year prior to getting my walz. I put this frame on it, and used it for a whole season in preparing for my Walz to arrive. I shot a lot of electro flinging fools with this, and it cut my teeth when it comes to brass usage. Every elimenation I got with this built my confidance up to mean further into stock class. I want someone else to possibly enjoy that feeling.
The ONLY thing I ask of the winner is that you dont simply rob the valuable parts off of this build to sell, or something of the sort.
What do you have to do to win? I need this to go fast so the mods dont have to extend the season for me, so I honestly dont know how to run this.
