'Tis the Season, My First Walz
This is the end of my first year on MCB and my first Walz. I really like giving gifts to people at the paintball field (and in general), so once I heard about MCB's Walz tradition, I really wanted to join in. I want to include Canadian members so I added some prize options that should apply because I checked shipping rates from US to CA and they are NUTS still (best I can tell), so the physical prizes will be US only. I dug around and found prizes so that hopefully someone will see something they want. I think i followed the rules but i apologize if i missed something.
Closest three guess will get to choose prizes!
Entry Requirements:
Disqualifications conditions: Being a wiper (unless you are a reformed wiper). This is an automatic disqualification.
Prizes to choose from:
Starts December 3rd, 2025
Ends December 24th, 2025
Winners will be announced within days preceding the end.
Details: Three closest guesses will get to choose one prize each (1st, 2nd, 3rd). Winner gets first choice of the listed prizes, second gets second choice, third gets third choice. Digital prizes are available for multiple winners. Prizes are yours to do with as you please (sell, regift, use). Winners will be listed here and messaged on MCB and have 1 week to respond via personal message on MCB with prize preference list (1st preference, 2nd preference, 3rd preference). I will contact them via MCB PM about the required information after that, like name and email for digital items or name and address if the physical item. Physical prize items ship to U.S. only.
No purchase necessary. Winner is responsible for any applicable taxes, customs fees, or duties. Open to U.S. and Canadian residents, age 18+, except Quebec residents. No purchase or payment required to enter or win. Void where prohibited.
In 2026 I hope to help out rentals/new players where i can and to promote paintball in a positive light. While i have seen more rental players this year than I ever thought possible (multiple church groups to boot, I wouldn't have thought?), I really hope to see the hobby/sport spread in a positive way into the future.

Entry Requirements:
- Post your estimation of the number of paintballs I fired in 2025 (up to this point) based on this information:
- I have played 22 days this year.
- I use an open class 'cocker pump, an Automag or two, and a M180R, all in varying amounts. Sometimes more than one in the same day.
- Each game day ranged from 3 to 8 games.
- I never enter the field without at least 1 pod, but never more than 4. Those Pods are not necessarily 140 count pods.
- Field types vary from woods to hyper pipe, fairly even spread.
- I also work on paintball markers at home which may, or may not, involve test firing...
- Be any color member of MCB with a post count more than 10 on the final day (so you can send and receive personal messages).

Goes to show what happens when I log in at work when I am in a teams meeting and not paying attention to either the meeting or my mathing skills
