Anyone expecting snow this weekend?

I'm right in the middle of the projected path here.
If it moves East, we get more snow. Over a foot at worst.
If the storm moves North, we get sleet and ice covering trees and power lines.
And probably sub-zero temps either way.

Gonna be a rough few days.

Coastal Rhode Island and looking like 11” or so now. Then a couple weeks of highs in the 20s. First real winter we have had here in years

Dallas is panicking over the projected 3". Everyone probably remembers the rolling blackouts to prevent grid catastrophe a couple years back and stripped the shelves bare at all the stores.

Guess I get to try out my new snow tires on the daily Monday morning. I will definitely be tearing up the streets on the quads Saturday night as well after clean up. Glad I got this weekend off but hopefully Monday mornings drive in I don’t get stuck behind a bunch of unprepareds.

Ma\ct border. I've seen 12-24 so I'm guessing 18 and preparing for that. I get snowed in with big storms because I'm on a limited access lake so I have to have several days of supplies at hand. Normally I would just go to my NY house but that's projected to get 24 plus.

I think the latest prediction by me was 16” It’s always a crap shoot though. Could be a 16” swing in either direction 🤣

Regardless, the generator is ready to put some work in and there’s fresh gas in the plow.

Pnw here. We have had a stagnating air advisory for like 2 weeks. So it's cold at night but nothing else

Cold buy our standards is right around freezing. Last week we were getting into the 50s by 2pm, I was delivering propane in a tee shirt
