I got the Hunny Lime Curry, and the Original. The hunny Lime is Delicious not super spicy but really good flavor. I haven’t tried the original. -
Chuck E Ducky awesome, for sure I like to have some that aren’t too spicy. For various reasons: when I do fried fish, shrimp, etc: I like more nuance and maybe not so much kick. And also to have around for the kids and guests that don’t like it too hot.
That being said, all fried fish needs is a little lime most of the time. Not everything needs hot sauce.

The owner does classes and is really nice. I have never had a sauce that I did not like. I will see him in a week or two at our indoor winter farmers market. The curry sauce has zero heat to it for my palette

Paintball and hot sauce! I’m a big fan of both. The original post in reference to TRUFF, it is good and a staple in my fridge but it is not for everyone or every dish. I picked up a bottle of Sauce Daddy lime basil and it has been the go to lately, I would recommend giving it a shot. If you are into making your own I would recommend “habanero cowboy candy” aka hellish relish. All the other sauces in the pics are good.2 PhotosComment

Found a new company and sauce I really like. I tried their entire sauce line. The flavors are great and the heat is perfect.1 PhotoComment

NONOBLITUS i was slightly skeptical at first but after i tried all the sauces they made i had to grab a bottle to take home. I have a pineapple moonshine hot sauce (yes, you read that correctly) it is another one that is super good but I can’t figure out what to put it on. -
I gotta try these. The blueberry hot sauce piqued my interest. -
Looks like brick city burn doesn’t have their own website. I tracked it down though, here’s the link. https://amishrootsbulk.com/search?q=...prefix%5D=last
