    since stop drinking apple juice and hawaiian punch i get more hungry.

    got case of 16.9 oz bottles of water now. also notice i get more hungry now then before. since use to drink a lot of hawaiian punch and apple juice all day. now since use 16.9 bottles of water with the flavor packets. i get more hungry now. since only have 10 to 5 calories per pack. that good thing but bad thing for me. since do not leave around lot food to eat. since have to cook for pops and save money. also fact while drinking apple juice or hawaiian punch or power aid at work

    Im honestly surprised by your getting hungrier now.

    From what I understand consuming sugar will make you feel more hungry as it stimulates your vegas nerve.

    I would think as you drink less sugar in your drink drink more feel more satisfied.

    Try to Keep at it man, you can get over the hungry feelings in time if you stay st the water drinking.

      Drinking the flavor is what does it I have heard. Your body thinks it is getting food and prepares to digest it. Take out the flavor packet and the increased hunger will diminish.

    Fat and fiber keep you feeling full for longer. Beans and legumes are your friend and they are very cheap. There's a reason so many people survive on rice and beans all over the world.

      well stop drinking about one hawaiian punch or lemon aide or apple juice do not have to hit restroom so much. also was eating like was eating like did when i was drink that stuff. but found not not getting enough calories and fell more hungry now. for some reason buddy love having those calories from then drinks did not need to eat a lot. for some reason when i cut and pasted hawaiian punch made bold black

        Bean & Lentil chili is super easy to make and can easily be modified at meal time (think burrito bowl) by adding rice, chips, lettuce, salsa, pico, hot sauce, etc. I usually add frozen peas & corn for some extra veggies when I make it.

        Also- Green tea can be a great substitute, especially if you are expecting some taste with your beverage. There are also a million different flavors of tea available if you get bored with standard green, ranging from sweet to savory to smokey.

          Totally. If you've never had a fermented tea it can change your thoughts on caffeinated beverages in a significant way.
