“Wild Child and other stories” - T.C. Boyle. Been reading some chonker books lately so sitting down for a short story or two has been nice change of pace.WTB Acid Wash Phantom Parts

"fear the sky"
Pretty good so far, decent plot, good characters. If anyone wants a decent sci-fi give it a shot

That’s a good one. If you liked it, his others are great as well. -
redsquirrel I already have “Into the Wild” on hold through Libby. I’ll have to check out his other books. -
Very nice. That one may be my favorite. Also a good movie to watch once you’re done with the book.

"Four Against the Arctic" by David Roberts. I don't know if I'd recommend it. It seemed like it was going to be a great story but I thought it was a letdown. I don't know if it was the author or the narrator of the audio book but I wasn't into it after about halfway through. I finished it because I was already halfway through but it was just eh.Red OneComment

"Into The Wild" by John Krakauer. Both were good but I liked this more than "Into Thin Air"Red OneComment
