even thou huge metal head with all subtypes i love this sound brings back 80 aor rock when miami vice was around

I'm the same Mostly listen to metal, but there's something about synthwave that resonates with me. I mean, I like a lot of electronic music, but there's definitely something special about synthwave.

I think a lot of it has to do with teh fact that many of the most prominant synthwave artists, like Carpenter Brut or Perturbator, are also metalheads. Perturbator, for instance, used to play guitar for some black metal bands. Haven't been able to find out which ones though.
