I found this poor thing on Marketplace, covered in reflective tape. I thought it was going to be a black painted guitar, but I got a surprise shortly after I broke out the hairdryer. After a couple peels (this stuff was just slapped on in a bunch of pieces) I got pretty excited to find a flame maple top. Im waiting on a new set of strings to come it so I can polish the fretboard and do a proper cleaning of all the components. I've always wanted a Schecter, and a 7 string. This turned out to be a cheap path to acquiring both. Im definitely considering refinishing the top with some color eventually, but thats at the end of my ever growing to do list. Maybe some brutal SD Nazgul pickups later down the road, too.
