    Another guitar project

I had a few crap guitars given to me over the years, and they all just sat in a closet. Until now. I assembled this from parts I had + a few parts from the jungle app. Ive spent $70 on this whole project.

    So here's the Scrap-Caster.

Sounds great, but I definitely need to do a little fret work. A couple buzzy spots. Otherwise the $14 Amazon humbucker sounds great. I'll try to upload a video. I have a whole budget rig for jamming at home now and on paper it should sound like poo poo, but it sounds amazing in person. I'm at $215 for the whole setup. I really should invest in a proper microphone to start recording, but I'm just getting back into playing after almost a decade of hardly looking at them. This budget rig sounds like a much smaller version of my main setup, a 6505+ combo (way too loud for my house) and an '89 Squire HM-1 with a Seymour Duncan SH-6 Distortion bridge pickup.

      The budget rig:
      - 60's Guild RC-20 8w amp (got for free forever ago, just added a Celestion speaker and a grounded power cord)
      - Valeton GP-5 multi effect pedal running a 5150 NAM profile
      - Amazon instrument cables
      - this guitar

From all of my research, these amps were specifically used as an auxiliary reverb unit, hence the alligator clip leads on the speaker and the name Reverb Converter. You're meant to hook this up to a larger Guild amp and this provided that sweet spring reverb, but its also a very bland amp on its own. This is why it sounds so good with pedals and modelers.
