thats sendable..
it will have a proprietary power supply, and only enough spots for how they sold it to you, and the PSU is specced dangerously close to the limit (666W is my max draw ive seen from my VERY similarly specced build)
i will probably run a lil hot, but for those specs, and that price.. id sent it

dells have caveats.. everything is proprietary to dell, from the shape of the mobo, to the power supply cables, to the way the fans mount in.. it makes upgrading/changing parts pretty much impossible by design. "thats just dell", they have also have not ever been renowned for good airflow. and they tend to underspec CPU cooling solutions. yours is no different, you're really gonna want the upgraded aircooler, or the liquid cooler asap. i can easily explain that with the chips TDP you chip can generate 180w of heat when running at full tilt, the stock cooling solution they provide is only good for 65W of heat energy, and the liquid cooling solution is only good for 125w.. the 12700 WILL throttle its speeds if its getting too hot.
lastly as for the phrase "send it"

its great specs for the price, i should know, i custom built my own to very similar specs (12th gen i7, 32 gigs of DDR5, and an 3080) and it was definitely not under 2k. BUT... there will be some drawbacks, and yes, from what im seeing of the motherboard, there should be an open NVME slot for an additional drive

okay need that. since want both operation on one drive all my games on other drive. also have external 14tb plug in drive. also three 4tb drive. one 5tb drive 2tb g-drive along with 500ssd drive and 1tb ssd drive portable drive i take when traveling to store stuff. i wish my 2tb g-drive would work on laptop since would be traveling drive for it. have total of 3 1/2 traveling hard drives for laptop. only reason for ram and will upgrade since can to 64gb for video and photo editing. since will have camera that does 8k video from z9
