I've been going through a stack of defunct old laptops that had been piling up and getting ready to recycle them. Already pulled the HDDs and will probably put them in separate enclosures. I pulled the RAM cards because they're easy to pull and I thought perhaps someone might have some use for them. I've got 5 that are 2GB, 1 that is 1GB, and 1 really old bastard that's 512MB. These are of course the notebook size/format cards. I don't have any projects for them, but figured I'd ask around before trashing or recycling them. So if anyone has a use for these, you can have them for the cost of postage.
