Recently I was tasked by a friend to find a replacement motor for a 7" bi-blade quadcopter. While something that does interest me, I've never had the time to get into the multicopter hobby, so I literally have zero experience (yes, I too am surprised why I was given this task). This quadcopter uses Garila 2508 1550kv motors, which seem to be impossible to source now, so it looks like all four will need to be replaced. What would be a good replacement that would offer similar performance?

All I know about it is that it's made by iFlight, but I can't find anything else on it. The images on iFlight's website won't load for me, so I'm unable to match it that way.

no idea about the 2508s. I only messed with 2208 motors and it has been several years ago. If the motor mounts are slotted, you may be able to replace all 4 with a set of generic 2208 motors for around $20-25. May have to change out the rotors as well.

you'll probably loose some power but still enough to have fun with.
