I have been messing with RC's since the late 80's.
First was Tamiya Blackfoot, still have it and probably enough parts to build 2 more.

I don’t understand rock crawlers. Real or RC.
It’s a Jeep that climbs rocks slower than a human. What is the point of all that metal just to be slower than a teenager or a Billy goat? It’s weird. It’s like a dragster that takes five minutes to do a run.
RC ones…I truly don’t get it. It’s either for looking at on a shelf or the most boring time trials on earth. I’ve never seen scale rock climbing but I have watched paint dry and it sounds like a close tie.
