I'm in the RC hobby myself, mainly racing. I know most of those Slashes have waterproof electronics nowadays. Just take a hose to it without taking it apart and then get an air compressor and dry it off. Welcome to another addicting hobby!! :-)

I’m grabbing a second for a basher and mud fun. The clay here in the southeast is just so fuckin sticky, I had to take the motor off to hose it separately it had gotten rock hard inside the case.
anyway I’m skipping the mud holes while racing now 😂

On those brushed Titan motors, get some CRC QD Electronic cleaner. Clean it, blow it dry with air and oil the bushings. Those motors are tanks if taken care of.

it’s actually the bls2 brushless. Once I washed it out I used my compressor to dry it off. Just cannot believe how crazy that clay mud gets.
I had to disassemble the transmission too, worked it way in there pretty good. Rebuilt shocks, dirt in the oil etc. I’m gonna have nightmares about that clay man 😂
