You do notice some marks on the wall on the opposite side of the pond from the door that may indicate another door.

"Oy, wall over there looks like could be another door, on opposite side of puddle"
Ivan sniffs his sleeve, raises his crossbow, and moves toward what he thinks is a door. If it is indeed a door, he Slowly, quietly tries to operate the handle.
Stealth moving to door and attempt to open: 1D20+5 = [15]+5 = 20
DM - is it locked?

As Ivan crosses the room towards the door on the right, I sidestep left.
I keep my bow aimed at the doorway we first seen back to the left, but frequently glance in Ivan's direction to see what's up with that other door...
Ivan, be ready, my friend. Your shadow covers the door, and I fear I can't cover what's on the other side...
Perception: 1D20 + 5 = 9 + 5 = 14If you need to talk, I will listen. Leave a message and I will call you back as soon as I get it.

Gudeon watches his allies move to the other side of the pool. Seemingly ignoring him and the door he is at. Then he notices that they seem to have found something he had missed. He glances up.
Dumathoin you are a tricky one.
Gudeon moves to the side of the pool that his allies are on, facing the pool the whole way looking for any signs of anyhing moving in it.
There is nothing there fool. Dumathoin did hide this other door from me. I shouldn't doubt, the Gods will show me what I need to see.
Perception Check on the pool: 1D20+3 = [16]+3 = 19

In a low whisper, Ivan says "Druz'ya, I unlock door!" A big grin on his face, Ivan is feeling rather proud. You get the sense that he doesn't usually succeed at picking locks, and he rather surprised himself.

Ivan glances down at his feet...
Investigation - skipping stone: 1D20+3 = [15]+3 = 18
He notices an excellent looking skipping stone, about 3 inch diameter piece of flat shale, maybe 1/2 inch thick.
"Ooh, a nice skipper!" He picks it up to examine. Indeed a fine looking stone for skipping, flat with rounded edges. Turning back toward the pool of water in the middle of the room, he pulls his arm back, tilts his head to line up the throw, squinting one eye...
Dex/Acrobatics - Skipping stone: 1D20+3 = [9]+3 = 12

"Well, it seems that down or the door over there are our options." Gudgeon motions at the door that he just left.

"I didn't much like the cave creature down there. What say we barricade this door and go see where the other one might lead?"
Ivan indicates the door he just unlocked as the one he's suggesting they barricade.Rainmaker's feedback: https://www.mcarterbrown.com/forum/b...maker-feedback

Yes, Ivan, barricade the door YOU unlocked...
I let out an almost childish laugh to let him know I am jesting...
And while you are busy skipping stones and messing with doors, could you please check this one by the stairs? So worried about the friendly cave creature that you waltzed right past a third door, my friend. If you need to talk, I will listen. Leave a message and I will call you back as soon as I get it.

"There no signs!" making an annoyed gesture with his hands and acting a little incensed, Ivan takes a step toward Eric... then pauses.
"Hmmm, no signs. I make signs!" Raising a finger in epiphany. He pulls out his dullest knife (most suited for this purpose) and raises it, tip to the wall next to the door, holding like a writing utensil.
"Uhhh, B-A-Z-M-U-N-T. There."
Using skill again, he re-locks the door, and finds several loose stones to place in front of it, barricading as best he can.
"So!" Brushing the dirt off his hands and sleeves, "I am group locksmith, group sign-maker, group door-guy...What you guys do again?" Gives a subtle wink.
Ivan then walks over to the 3rd door that Eric indicated, with an air of confidence he attempts to pick the lock:

Gudgeon smiles. "You forgot group rock skipper. Me, I pray, and I sing."
Looking around the room. Gudgeon takes out his water skin and fills it in the pool. "Which door next group door guy?"
Once filled he returns his water skin and picks up his hammer.Originally posted by MAr "... Nish deleted it..."

[Assuming Pique is still with the group]
Pique puts away weapon (short bow and arrow) and moves his tool pouch around to his front and gives them a quick inspection making sure everything is where is should be.
Then Pique takes a good close look at the door and area looking for traps and hidden controls:then goes about attempting to unlock the door:1D20+5 = [7]+5 = 12 Investigation Skill 1D20+6 = [17]+6 = 23 Unlock Door
