Do you buy books on there?

    Do you subscribe?

    Why or why not?

I'm old an have a fair amount of expendable income.

I have bought the whole catalog on D&DBeyond because it nice to have access to the info from all my electronic devices. I also subscribe so others I am playing with can have access to the content.

When I do pick up a hard copy book from WotC I opt for the Collectors Edition Covers and then save them on the shelf knowing I never have to crack them open but I can if I want.

I will say I'm not happy about re-buying the same content or not being able to use the purchased content across other platforms, Roll20, D&DBeyond, Fantasy Grounds, etc.

I also own all of the sourcebooks on DnD beyond. Since we've gone digital this is a huge help for my players as I can share every book I buy with them.

This doesn't stop me from buying hardcover books, but I am a little behind since the price is higher... but Support your local game store!

I have not bought anything from WOTC since they decided to employ sensitivity editors. That goes for both sides of the house... MTG as well as D&D.
But, that's OK.... I am not a big fan of 5E anyway. Way too easy to ROLL play instead of ROLE play.

And, before I get asked... No, I have not sold any more cards beyond the two I sold I couple of years ago. But it does look like the prices have gone up in the last year. Hmmmm.....

I'm both, I buy the books and maintain a subscription. I prefer the books in my dirty hands but maintain the subscription so my I can DM casually with my daughter's family and friends and have everything so they don't have to buy.
