I did something like this, though not as massive when my girls were smaller. Took a blank wood castle from Michaels and painted, added green flock and vines. It was a staple for adventures for many years.

So, we did the resin pour this weekend, it turned out ok. The thickest part really heated up a LOT and caused the foam to bubble and burn a bit under the pour. It doesn’t look terrible, but definitely not quite the look I was going for. If I do another one in the future I’ll maybe try doing several thinner pours to avoid the intense heat. Otherwise though, it really came out nice! Last things will be adding some fake plants, painting the remaining exposed foam exterior black, and attaching wheels for rolling under the bed!
