What do you all think about Mechatop? It's not officially released yet. I'm still watching the test/demo videos to get an idea of it.

I think its gonna be all fun and games until I hot drop a star of Clan Omnimechs onto the board and ruin everyone afternoon. -
The logical response to that is that since Mechatop is a universal system, the game play will be balanced regardless of which models you choose to use.
The Nerd War answer is... Oh, how quaint. A squadron of Veritechs would fly literal circles around those slow plodders, and basically consider them stationary targets.
Plus all they need to do is keep them busy until the Mac II's get into range....
