Well we had annual big game, not as big as usual but 270 players. It´s was not easy to get everything packed.

I sold my bikes because of my back and knees, but I got a pretty good deal on a heritage based Trike.

            Current resto project bike.

1974 BMW R75/6. First year of the /6 series. I got it with 147000 miles on the odo. I'm the third owner, bought in 2019 and 2nd owner bought in 1979.

Hadn't been run much if at all in the past 10 years, prior owner got arthritis bad and couldn't work the brake and clutch anymore.

Replaced most of the electrical system, rebuilt entire front braking system, rebuilt carbs, rebuilt front forks, all new cables, and replaced timing chain. Little bit of slop in somewhere in the rear drive but really doesn't affect how it rides.

Passes inspection and is a ton of fun to ride. Frame needs to be stripped and repainted, wanted to do that over the winter but had too much going on. Classic problem of master cylinder under the tank leaking and stripping off chassis paint and causing corrosion. Can't see it, but it should be dealt with at some point.

Want to have the resto done for her 50th birthday in 2024.
