    Had to show off my Christmas Present

    A 67 Chevelle has been my absolute dream car since I was a teen. I told myself i would get one when I retire but even that was more of a dream...... My wife and kids (for once) completely shocked me for Christmas...... Had to show it off and make some folks jealous.... Now I have a third expensive hobby I can't afford (paintball/fishing/this beast)

          Oh definitely..... it will be in Tennessee and i will be in California a few years so it's progress will be me buying parts and sending them to my son. Plan on getting it running tomorrow so I can at least say I drove it. Just has the stock 283 which I will leave for now. Just want it drivable and will restore as I go. Previous owner did decent work to this point so I will build off of his progress instead of a complete do over

                      My dad had a 69 Malibu with a 396 he reminisces over from time to time, Its my dream to get him another one. Your wife and kids rock! Kudos to them and you for raising them.
