Heck, I hope we get enough snow to get the snowmobiles out of the shed more than once this winter.

i also applied to bring my cars to the FAT Ice Race.

we'll see if they are gonna let the poors beat their pointless rich man toys. i have mixed feelings about the FAT ice race, i have to admit. yes, part of the fun of sports cars in the winter on snow and ice is the shock value, and yes, a lemans winning porsche GT1 is shocking to see on snow and ice. but also, without bolted studs (which they dont allow) a lemans winning porsche GT1 is going to get its absolute shit rocked by a double digit HP, soft spung, light and short wheel base car like a miata or CRX. never mind a 2.5RS or similar subaru (even an outback sport) that you can buy for 1500 dollars. never mind all these "influencers" with these pristine and pointless quad figure hp stupidity, trying to put power down on winter tires.

until you get into some pretty serious studs, power is the least important thing. at least the GT1 is light, but its also way way way way too stiff, and also, probably too low.

so, we'll find out if they let the poors in. no one likes getting there shit packed by the poors. ice with winter tires, is truly the great equalizer.
