Well we gettin into the hot months here and these little guys do indeed be slow to bite! With that being the case, I still find my self on the water most of these summer mornings and evenings breaking out the live crawly guys.
I thought it would be cool to see what kind of lures you guys gravitate towards.
I like my light spinning rods here in PA so I throw a lot of spinners, roosters, and spoons.
My Top 3:
1) Im a big fan of Blue foxes and PM's in early trout season.(rotate between both in different sizes)
2) Gotta be a blue fox pixee spoon. (Being born in alaska, i was raised and taught that these are precious metal)
3) if all else fails, trout rooster tail.
