Getting my flintlock ready for PAs second season that starts after Christmas. When I was struck by the thought, Muzzleloaders feel like an MCB area of interest. Old tech that requires deliberate actions done it a particular sequence. So, any other Black powder shooters on here?

I have multiple! A .44 Army San Marco 1858 Remington, a custom .45 under-hammer pistol, and a .54 Kahnke Model 82. I don't shoot them nearly as often as I'd like to, but they are a ton of fun! It is very much the "stock class" of shooting 😂Comment

Contemplated getting into it myself. I generally shoot mostly rimfire to save costs now and for competition (ORPS/NRL22). Muzzle loading interests me but have yet to try it. Next time I see the local ranges muzzle loader guy I intend to ask him to give me a crash course and maybe try it before I get into investing down that path.
Also really want to get into hand loading for 30-06 and .223.AGD 68 Automag, AGD ULE 68 Automag, Azodin Kaos Pump II, PE EMEK pal, Tippmann SL68II gen2, Umarex TR50.Comment

I’ve never had the itch to muzzle load a long gun, but the past couple years I’ve been thinking an 1851 Navy looks like a lot of fun!Comment
