What barrel is this? Cocker threads but have not seen one like it

It's off either a ICD Freestyle or their pump (PRP?).

ICD Freestyle barrel originally. Now used as a stock barrel on their pump (as Jordan said)

Nope, been in my bag of barrels forever just got curious as to what it was. Couldn't tell you where I got it
