Looks like ICD threads to me. You're good to go.

Definitely not icd, but what do I have? didn't fit ion, autococker, phantom, A5, thundercat, trracer, spyder, or freak back. There is a rub mark that goes 1/3 way around like it might have been on a pump at some point.

From that angle it sure looks like a freak front to me. And those threads can be surprisingly weird. I've had fronts that threaded in fine on one back, but had to be forced on to another.

That looks a LOT like a Freak tip to me, except the bore should have a shallow 'step' just inside the breech, and it doesn't look like that's got one.

It not wanting to thread into a Freak may be because the first two threads are damaged, and won't let it screw in.

Did anyone make a solid (no inserts) back that took Freak tips?

True, but those barrel backs have a ledge inside them that enters the barrel front.
And God turned to Gabriel and said: “I shall create a land called Canada of outstanding natural beauty, with majestic mountains soaring with eagles, sparkling lakes abundant with bass and trout, forests full of elk and moose, and rivers stocked with salmon. I shall make the land rich in oil so the inhabitants prosper and call them Canadians, and they shall be praised as the friendliest of all people.”

“But Lord,” asked Gabriel, “Is this not too generous to these Canadians?”

And God replied, “Just wait and see the neighbors I shall inflict upon them."

Can you measure OD and thread dimension with a caliper?

I just taking a wild guess....but sort of reminds me of the original Trracer pump or tagmaster barrel threads from circa '94.....I am drink number 3, so dont blame me for being stupid

I tried it on my tracer and tagmaster. I'm sure the damage to the first two threads could be causing a problem but there is a good opening at the first thread that is good. I have a All American back I could try. And I do not have a caliper, I should get one I've been meaning to for a long time. The All American back I have I don't even know what marker it belongs to, also does not fit anything I have.

Everything is identical to empire freak tip except the empire freak has finer threads.
