Two quick questions good sirs

I thought I remember as a kid them selling some sort of inserts for older cockers non adjustable vertical feednecks. I'd like to be able to swap over my modern hopper between modern electronic and bob long autococker without having to use tape and what not. So that's first question, any suggestions there?

Second is well I want to use my modern hopper because the clear 12v revy I bought runs non stop in the sun. I tried painting inside area where eyes are, but no luck. Any suggestions?

You can send your cocker body to superman for a feedneck mod, he will milled the feedneck to acceppt newer clamping feedneck
I would prefer this option over a stovepipe feedneck
you seem to have a nice bob long cocker which should not be moded because they are perfect the way they are stock

For the revy are you sure the eyes work?
Test it inside amd use your finger in the tube and it should stop.

Personally, I wouldn't do that to a Bob Long Signature Series either. It would break my heart to see one cut down.

Yes the revy eyes work inside with finger or paint. It works outside too unless it's in full sun then it just goes non stop. I can literally step in and out of shade from house with full sun outside and it will run then stop as fast as I want to move in and out of shade lol.

Thanks! I had actually considered snagging the same ASA as you have on yours (I may still eventually). It's interesting to see just how unique each of these bodies are too. While they're both technically the same anno pattern on the same body, I can see more of the base color on yours than I do on mine. It's like they each have their own fingerprints.

I think an Xboard is more stable in full sun. Maybe try an ever-so- thin coating on the eye itself, something like an amber shellac?
