Ouch... Only if it's been in the parts box, kicking around a while, out of package.

Just arrive in new in a package for my Dragon build. It’s not going on my Dragon, that’s for sure. Threw it on a cheap 2k pump I have just to get a feel and I’m pretty disappointed honestly. The front finger groove makes me twist my wrist to an uncomfortable angle or the bottom lip hits my finger uncomfortably.

I’ve emailed the vender for a response so hopefully they’ll make things right.

Not trying to dig up names or anything like that, but I’m curious as to the company/person that made the kit. I’ve never seen a sniper kit like that and I like a lot of the features on it.

If you can reveal a manufacturer without revealing who you bought that particular piece from I would appreciate it. If you prefer not to say until the situation is resolved, I totally understand.

Correct, Inception. Bought from an Inception retailer though, so I expect better than this. The retailer has not had a chance to respond though as I just received it this evening.

Yeah, I have never seen one new in this condition. Though they can slide in the package a little this is super rough. I don't see how this could happen new in the packaging.

And only other thing in the package was the spring and that’s pretty light. This was used and returned. I have decade old CCM pump handles in a lot better condition.

That isn’t right. Hopefully it’s just an honest mistake. If they don’t make it right let us know who it is so we can make sure we do business elsewhere.

Vender was replied to my concern and will take care of things.

Update: Vender is great to deal with an we're coming up with a solution that works for both of us.

Final Update: Vender made things right and were excellent to deal with.

I bought a used gun used for 2 or 3 years with a used inception kit and it is a lot better condition then that.

I like the finger groove a lot. On the regular 2k cocker kits I think they're inferior to say a CCM because the used that large style front block which allows them to use the same banjo bolt / screw / volumizer as they sell for cockers as the guide rod which means you've got a larger than normal block for your pump kit. On the mini's and karni's and stuff they're on point (stuff with vertical ASA integrated) But yeah that kit there is mega used.

I think if the bottom lip of the groove was rounded off a little more it would fix the issue I was having. I hold the pump on a little bit of an angle so my finger is closer to 45 and not 90 degrees and the ridge digs right into my finger bone uncomfortably. I'm also a lefty, so pumping with my right hand so that might come into play a little bit. I should try it with a glove on and see if it feels better. Otherwise I like the kit. The bolt on the pump road is excellent and fixes one of my main dislikes of CCM kits. Pump action feels good as well and the fluted pump rod that it came with is not as sharp on the edges as the one I bought for my Empire Sniper.
