Icd threaded Dye barrel wont thread

I should have done this earlier. My FACTORY '94 Puma barrel apparently screws in and seats fine in a '97 AlleyCat. The AlleyCat FACTORY barrel apparently screws in and seats fine in my original Puma.

Your mileage with aftermarket barrels may differ from mine. Also... I have heard of at least one Cat being re-threaded... I believe it ended up Cocker threaded.

The only four lead barrels I have heard of belonged on ICD guns. To the best of my knowledge, all of my ICD threaded barrels will fit any of my ICD threaded guns.

If the "shoulders" on either side if the threads differ then that might make a difference.

Ill bring some thread gauges and my calipers home next week and tru to get you better numbers, it seems like the puma threads are cut less deep or something. But if I look closely they are both a 4 lead thread. Ill get you some more data on this soon
