I ran some on my Automag RT. I really like the clean lines it can give.
Only downside is assembly/disassembly options. Having to remove screws on my ASA to get the line removed from the macroline fittings.

Yep, hardline is definitely a better option for reliability over macro, and it does look very clean. Shaping it can be a bit of a hassle, it's harder to disassemble, and it isn't swappable between guns if need be. If you're just looking for reliability, I'd go with steel braided hose with a qd fitting over hardline.
