revvy shredder vl2000 appraisal

Looking for an appraisal on this revvy vl2000 shredder.

One ground wire is broke off on the 9 volt pad. I tested it, still spins with no finger inserted, and stops with finger inserted. On/off switch still works.

Any help would be appreciated since this is a older hopper.

This is neat. I've heard of these, but I've never seen the internals.
