Recently got a new to me classic valve with lvl7. I replaced orings and lubed it. Runs great. Swapped in a rt on/off and it leaks down barrel unless you pull trigger indicating issue in power tube. Nonissue though again with the am/mm on/off. Got me but puzzled.

From what I nerstand, the classic valve cant use the rt on/off -
They can... but there won't be any RT effect. It does reduce the trigger pull by half though. I used one with my EPneumag and it was fantastic.
Tinybear - have you changed all the orings in the on-off? I know it seems to be a powertube problem, and maybe a different spacer will help, but it seems odd that swapping an on-off would repair the leak.Comment

Yes it’s a brand new rt on/off new orings and with the factory .750 pin. Replaced every o ring as this valve was pretty much new but all the orings were dried up.
Going have to go on back burner it seems as I all outa air. Not sure where I can get fills till things start opening back up again. Swapped back in the original on/off for now. Once I get air I may try the RT on/off in my other classic valve. And see if the leak follows to the other valve.
I unfortunately don’t have any power tube spacers either.AGD 68 Automag, AGD ULE 68 Automag, Azodin Kaos Pump II, PE EMEK pal, Tippmann SL68II gen2, Umarex TR50.Comment

Make sure you have your rail bushing in place. No-bushing lets the valve body shift backwards, allowing the power tube to leak.
Otherwise, the RT on/off works well in the classic for a lighter trigger pull.Comment
