Help with Identifying Barrel and Regulator

Anyone have any idea what the barrel on the right is?




On the same note, anyone know what's going on with this regulator? The internals are identical to a WGP ergo regulator, but it doesn't look like any WGP regulator I've ever seen.

Hpr is an ergo milled by Carter... He used them on his pumps

Pretty sure the one shown is nickel-plated, not stainless.

I think all Power barrels were nickel plated. Mine is plated also.

Yeah, the Taso Power barrels I had were nickel-plated.
