Urethane piston seat seal Spyder Electra 09

I sold this marker to someone and the urethane piston seat seal got destroyed the first game the new buyer used it...
(was working fine here when I rebuilt it).

I dont seem to be able to get this seal, anyone have some spare or could make some?

Its a 09 Spyder electra with eye

I measure diameter at .195 with a caliper
not sure what thickness it should be

I don't even see it listed as a part in the manual. You might have to get the full adjuster piece to get it. The ones for the Fenix look like they work, and they're available, but it probably won't be worth it unless you can get it locally.

Probably better for him to just switch the reg out anyway.

I believe the brass cap is press fit on, and it holds the seat in place. Looks like a similar design to the one azodin is using but the aduster/air intake are completely different.

      Use a better reg.

I was trying to avoid putting a nice reg on this...

Anyone can confirm pressure? Around 350 psi?
Might check is a standard WGP reg could work

Manual says factory output is 350psi, and should be set for no less than 300psi.

I could make this for you - PM me

            .195" is just a hair under 5mm.

I suspect the seal is 5mm so there is slight tension to hold it in place.

I could put together an assortment in 1/16" thickness (most common) 90A duro urethane and a couple other materials.

And also toss in a few 1/8" for good measure.

How deep is the pocket into the silver color metal?

I'd be interested in some as well. I have at least 1 spyder reg that needs one

What is that little hole on the lower end of the black shaft in this picture, just before it transitions to the brass piece?

Is that some sort of pressure relief? What does that hole do if the piston seat is in there blocking it? Is there normally something under the piston seat like a spring or something?

Im just assuming the piston seat get pressed down in the hole in the picture alexandl posted and that it is just a regular disc shaped seat.

                  Air intake.

Air comes up through the bottom, out that hole and when the piston is all the way down the air gets stopped by the reg seat. When the piston opens up and air goes up the piston shaft until the pressure above it pushes the piston back down into the reg seat

I'd bet money that the brass cap has to come off to replace the seat correctly. Almost positive it's identical to how azodin holds their seat in, brass is a press fit cap, valve seat diameter is larger than the hole drilled in brass cap. The hole in the cap should be a guide for tip of the piston shaft and whole press fit cap holds valve seat in place.

I heated the brass cap on the azodin aduster to remove it. Then replace seat and press fit the cap back on using either a press or even a vice will work.
